On September 11, 2022, at 2108 hours, I responded “code 3” to the intersection of Hwy 211 NE and Bowman Mill Road in reference to an accident.
While investigating the accident the driver of V2, Juliani Bush, stated that he did not have a driver’s license. He was run through GCIC, and it was confirmed that he did not have a license. Juliani was placed in handcuffs behind the back, and they were double locked after checking for proper fit. He was searched incident to arrest and no contraband was found.
He was placed in the backseat of my patrol car and his seatbelt was fastened. He was transported to the detention center and turned over to jail staff without incident. Juliani was cited for Driving while unlicensed on citation number 131165.
A search of my backseat was completed prior to shift, before and after transport and no contraband was located.
