On 6/10/2022 at 0102 hours, I was dispatched to [50 BLOCK] Carl-Cedar Hill Rd in response to a complaint of criminal trespass. I responded code 1.
On arrival, I was met by [VICTIM #1] who stated that his sister, Mai Lor, had been banging on the rear door of the residence. [VICTIM #1] stated that there was a prohibitive entry notice for this address against Mai that was still in effect.
A search for Mai was conducted and she was found at the Carl BP. She admitted being at the residence at [50 BLOCK] Carl-Cedar Hill Rd.
I placed her under arrest and handcuffed her behind her back. I checked for fit and double-locked them. I looked her over for contraband and placed her in the rear seat of my patrol car.
I verified the notice (See Miscellaneous Report # 2022-00035831).
I placed Mai into the rear seat of Sgt. Bradley’s patrol car as mine has no rear camera. He transported her to the Barrow County detention center.
I am taking a warrant for criminal trespass (OCGA 16-7-21).
