On Monday, July 18, 2022 at approximately 1454 hours, I was dispatched to Crane Grading, located at 374 Peeples Valley Rd, in reference to a larceny report. Upon arrival, I spoke with the complainant Mr. [WITNESS #1]. Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated between Tuesday, June 28, 2022 time unknown and Friday, June 30, 2022 time unknown, two suspects stole several items and damaged a 1986 Mack Tractor Truck.

Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated suspect 2 contacted him and advised him he had taken the parts from in front of the truck. Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated suspect 2 stated suspect 1 took the parts off of the truck and placed them in front of the truck for him to pick up. Suspect 2 identified suspect 1. Suspect 2 further stated he took the parts, broke them down and the sold them on Saturday, July 1, 2022 to Taylor Junkyard Inc.

Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated suspect 2 brought the check he received for selling the stolen parts to him for restitution and stated he would pay him back for the damages. Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated he has not received any money for the damages. Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated the value of the damage and parts is over $3,000.00.

The stolen items are as follows:

1) Radiator
2) After Cooler
3) Battery Cables
