On 12/23/21 at 2011 hours I responded to [2400 BLOCK] Lovvorn rd in reference to a criminal trespass. Upon arrival I spoke with [VICTIM #1], who said that Chelsea Ray had been at their house for two days and they could not get her to leave. [VICTIM #1] said that they say Ray smoking meth inside their house and they wanted her gone. [VICTIM #1] told me that Ray did not live there and she showed up uninvited and they had been trying to get her to leave without getting law enforcement involved but Ray would not leave.

I also spoke with [VICTIM #2] who said that Ray did not live there and had never lived there. [VICTIM #2] said that she did not want the meth in the house because there was kids there. I then attempted to speak with Ray.

When I approached Ray she put one hand over her eye and started looking at me. I asked Ray if her eye was okay and she ignored me and kept staring at me. I asked Ray if there was anywhere I could take her and she shook her head no. I attempted to keep talking to Ray and she just kept cussing at me. Ray then climbed up on the back of the couch in a perched position and told me said that I was under arrest. Ray got off the couch and began yelling. I tried calming Ray down but she kept telling me to “get the fu*k out of here”

I saw that Ray had what appeared to be a meth pipe in her hand and she pointed it at me as if it were a pistol. I asked Ray to put the pipe down multiple times but she refused. I told Ray that she had to calm down and leave the residence and she refused.

I then detained Ray and she tried to pull away but I was able t get her into handcuffs and get the pipe away from her. Ray was escorted to my car because she would not walk. I then transported Ray to the Carroll County Jail and turned her over to the jail staff. I later secured warrants on Ray for criminal trespass and possession of drug related objects.

Note: Ray told me that she left her meth in the bedroom of the house but it could not be located.
