On November 4th, 2022, at 5:41 A.M., I was dispatched to an unknown call at W. 36th St. and Ogeechee Road. The call notes also indicated that the call could have come from the area of [2400 BLOCK] Florance Street. My BWC was active while on scene.
When I arrived on scene, I found a black female on a porch in the lane, screaming in pain. I requested EMS and attempted to assist the female. She appeared to have significant damage to her knee. EMS arrived on scene and transported her to the hospital.
Central Precinct Supervisor, Agg. Assault Detective, and Forensics personnel responded to the scene.
