On the date of 02/27/2022 at 1927 hrs, I responded to [80 BLOCK] River Park Dr in reference to a Criminal Trespass. While en route, Coweta 911 advised the male subject, Bryan Huggins had an active criminal trespass alert, and he was walking through the woods. While en route, I located a male subject walking on Raymond Hill Rd near Richmond PI matching the clothing description given by the complainant.

I identified the male as Mr. Huggins, and he stated he was leaving [VICTIM #1]’s Cousins house. Huggins then informed me he was at [VICTIM #1]’s house trying to speak with her. Huggins stated he thought the Crim Trespass warning was dropped from his last arrest. Huggins showed me his cellphone saying [VICTIM #1] invited him over. I scrolled through the messages and noticed Huggins kept sending [VICTIM #1] text messages, but [VICTIM #1] never responded.

[VICTIM #1] arrived on the scene and informed me Huggins came to her house and was banging on the door wanting to see her. She stated she has been ignoring him and never invited him to the house. She also stated Huggins went to her cousin’s home and walked into their home trying to find [VICTIM #1].

After Bryan’s admission to being on the property with an active Criminal Trespass warning, he was placed under arrest without issue and transported to the Coweta County Jail without issue.

The Criminal Trespass Alert has been active since 11-22-2021

Audio and video were captured on my BWC.
