On February 22, 2022, I DS Anduha was dispatched to [1600 BLOCK] Standing Rock Rd in reference to unknown problem person down.

Upon my arrival I made contact with Christina Lee DOB: [REDACTED] at the top of the driveway to the address. Christina stated that her mother was laying on the ground and pointed down the driveway towards the house.

Once I exited my vehicle I observed an elderly female who I later identified as [VICTIM #1] DOB: [REDACTED], laying on her back on the front patio with dirt debris and water on her clothing. I tended to [VICTIM #1] to keep her conscious until paramedics arrived to tend to her. While speaking with [VICTIM #1] she stated that her daughter Christina, hit her with something and shoved her.

I made contact with Christina again and detained her. I explained to her that for the time being she would be detained, I patted Christina down for weapons and placed her into the back seat of my patrol vehicle. I spoke with DS A. Smith who advised me that while speaking with [VICTIM #1] she informed him that Christina and she got into an argument about Christina trying to be taken to another location to do laundry.

[VICTIM #1] continued by stating that argument escalated and that Christina threw a glass vase at her. [VICTIM #1] stated that it hit her in the chest. [VICTIM #1] continued by stating that Christina shoved her causing her to trip over a vacuum and hitting the ground. After observing the patio area where it can be seen that broken glass was shattered around the area of the incident.

DS. A Smith and I approached the side of my vehicle where Christina was placed. DS A. Smith opened the door and read Miranda Warning to Christina from his card. Christina stated that [VICTIM #1] and she got into an argument where [VICTIM #1] popped her in the head with a back scratcher but was not hard enough to hurt, per Christina.

Christina stated that she had dropped the vase and that she did not throw it towards [VICTIM #1]. Christina stated that [VICTIM #1] stepped back tripping over the vacuum causing her to fall to the ground.

[VICTIM #1] advised she had neck, shoulder, and back pain and had to be transported to Newnan Piedmont Hospital by medical personnel with a neck stabilizer. I attempted to explain to Christina the reasoning behind my decision to arrest her where she stated she did not want to talk to me.

I transported Christina to the Coweta County Jail with her property where I turned custody of her and her property over to jail staff.
