On 9/7/2023 at 0254hrs, I Deputy Sheriff Henderson observed a White BMW ([REDACTED]), a Maroon F250 ([REDACTED]), and a Red charger ([REDACTED]) racing on I85.
After reviewing my BWC, I determined that I was going 120mph and not catching up to the three vehicles. The BMW then slowed down to the posted speed limit (70mph) after reaching speeds of +120mph but the truck and charger continued racing at speed of +120mph. I then passed the BMW and called out its tag to 911.
I then activated my blue lights and siren. The truck and charger then slowed down as well. I pulled over the BMW and the truck, Deputy Sheriff McCusker pulled over the charger. The driver of the BMW was identified as Kaylin Hudson; she was issued a citation for speeding and released from the scene.
The driver of the truck was identified as Montavious Jackson. Montavious was placed into custody and transported to the jail by myself. The driver of the charger was identified as Neiman Favors. Deputy McCusker transported him to the jail. Montavious made comments that his buddy (Neiman) pulled up beside him and “Hit it”, so he “Hit it too”.
