I (Ptl. Moses) responded in normal mode to [4000 BLOCK] Gillionville Rd. in reference to an armed robbery. Upon arrival contact was made with [WITNESS #1] who stated her son ([VICTIM #1]) was robbed for a gun (black and purple Sccy CPX-2 serial #C440946) and $1,000. [WITNESS #1] had a black pistol in a holster on her waist while she was talking to me.

[WITNESS #1] also stated she would only speak to a supervisor and Sgt. S. Richardson responded to the scene. [WITNESS #1] stated [VICTIM #1] was attacked by two of his friends (“Lavontay Farlow” and “Trey Easton”) and one other guy that he did not know. I attempted an RMS search of both names and I was met with negative results. [WITNESS #1] stated they were all from Camilla, GA.

I spoke to [VICTIM #1] to ask him what happened. [VICTIM #1] advised he was in the area visiting a girl in his mother’s car. [VICTIM #1] stated before he headed to see the girl, he stopped by an area on Brookhollow Parkway because he was told to meet Lavontay and Trey there. [VICTIM #1] stated his mother had a black backpack in the car with $1,000 cash and a purple pistol that she just purchased today.

[VICTIM #1] stated Lavontay and Trey know [WITNESS #1] keeps a gun in her vehicle because they were friends of his. [VICTIM #1] stated when he arrived to the unknown numerical on Brookhollow Parkway, he got out of the car and was talking with Lavontay and Trey. [VICTIM #1] stated at some point during the conversation, Lavontay, Trey, and a third unknown male pulled out guns on him before beating him up with their fists and taking the black backpack out of his mother’s driver’s seat.

[VICTIM #1] described the guns used as one “five five six” and two “nines”. I observed the left side of [VICTIM #1]’s lower lip with a small abrasion. I took photos of [VICTIM #1]’s injuries, uploaded them onto a disc, and logged them into evidence locker #02. Per Sgt. Richardson, [VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #1]’s stories changed. Sgt. Richardson advised me they told her there were no guns involved.

While I spoke to [VICTIM #1] he also stated he did not see any guns but upon further investigation he advised me that he did not see the guns initially and saw them after he got out of the car. There were multiple inconsistencies in the story and [WITNESS #1] was often trying to tell me details about the story even though she was not present during the incident.

[VICTIM #1] stated the reason he contacted police from [4000 BLOCK] Gillionville Rd. is because he located the vehicle Lavontay and Trey were in and described it as a white Chevrolet Impala with red seats. I saw the vehicle backed into a spot (GA Tag #[REDACTED]) and came back registered to [REDACTED] who also lives in Camilla, GA. I was unable to determine which apartment the suspects were located in. Once identified, the suspects will be charged with armed robbery.

After making contact with [WITNESS #1] on scene, she called back and advised that Trey’s real first name was “Fredrick” but she did not know his full name. [WITNESS #1] also advised she saw him on Instagram shooting a gun into the woods but was unsure if the gun was hers or not. [WITNESS #1] advised the Instagram page was “[REDACTED]”. I screen recorded the video and also logged it into evidence #02.

This report has been forwarded to investigations.
