On the above date and time, I was dispatched to 1600 NewCastle St; Subway in reference to a panic alarm. While in route dispatch was informing units that a female was on scene with a knife making threats.

When I arrived, I spoke with the victim, Ms. [VICTIM #1] and she informed me a black female with blond hair came into Subway and wanted her to buy her some food. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated she works for a living and she was not going to buy her food. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated at this time the female became angry and knocked Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s purse to the floor and acted as if she was going to walk over and go through it. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated at this time she grabbed her purse up and the woman left out the door and informed Ms. [VICTIM #1] she was going to fight her.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated the female left Subway and quickly returned. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated the female stood in front of the window to the store with a large knife and began banging on the window with the knife while looking at Ms. [VICTIM #1] (who was facing the window). Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated the female then went to the glass door of the restaurant and began banging on it with the knife while still looking at Ms. [VICTIM #1].

At this point a witness, Mr. [WITNESS #1] came over to me and Ms. [VICTIM #1] and gave me the same store as to what had taken place.

While I was gathering all my information Pfc. Thomas made contact with the female offender, Ms. Sheena Street. While Pfc. [VICTIM #1] was out with Ms. Street I informed him that Ms. [VICTIM #1] did want to press charges and asked him to place Ms. Street under arrest. Pfc. Thomas did if fact locate a large in size kitchen knife.

Ms. Street was placed under arrest for terroristic threats and I transported her to the Glynn County jail where all paperwork was complete and she was turned over to their custody.

A warrant will be applied for Terroristic Threats and Acts 16-11-37 Felony.
