On 11/02/2021 at approximately 2:57 am, I responded to 3700 Altama Avenue #37 in reference to a problem with person.

Upon arrival, I was met at the door by [WITNESS #1] who stated Tiffany Taylor and [VICTIM #1] were upstairs fighting again. This is the third time police have had to respond to this location regarding subjects inside fighting and disturbing neighbors within an approximately three hour time frame.

As I walked up the stairs, I could hear what sounded like 2 females yelling at one another. I made contact with Tiffany and [VICTIM #1] in a room upstairs. I saw that Tiffany was sitting in a laundry basket while [VICTIM #1] was sitting on a couch. Tiffany began yelling that she had been assaulted by [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] calmly stated that she didn’t touch Tiffany.

Tiffany continued to be loud and said she is a resident here and they are torturing her to make her leave. [VICTIM #1] also claimed Tiffany burst through the door and into the room. When I told her to stand up Tiffany said she had just had an emergency C section. (Later she said that was about a week ago) Tiffany continued to yell at [VICTIM #1] and I. I then told Tiffany to come out of the room and to go down stairs to separate the two conflicting parties so the situation can be deescalated and investigated. I told Tiffany numerous times to go down stairs and she refused to do so. She then began insulting [VICTIM #1]. I warned Tiffany if she didn’t go downstairs she would be arrested for obstruction. She still refused to go.

I then informed her she was under arrest for obstruction. I took her by her right arm as she stood up and I placed her in handcuffs behind her back. I then escorted her down stairs and turned her over to Ofc. Omerasevic #174. I asked him to take her to my patrol car. I then asked Ofc. Sanchez #186 to collect the names and statements from the other people on scene.

I then transported Tiffany to the Glynn County Detention Center and turned her over to CDC staff on one charge of misdemeanor obstruction of a law enforcement officer. While at CDC I read Tiffany Miranda and she agreed to answer questions. She stated [VICTIM #1] did not fight. My bodycam video has been uploaded to under this case number.

A warrant for obstruction against Tiffany will be filed with Glynn County Magistrate Court. Based on Tiffany’s conflicting statements the Domestic Violence aspect of this case is unfounded. No further.
