Smoothie King receives a 70% on their recent health inspection

Smoothie King, located at 6175 Old National Hwy Ste 410 in Atlanta, received a score of 70 points out of a possible 100 points during their 08/22/2022 inspection by the Georgia Department of Public Health.

Inspector Notes: Observed no soap or paper towels in employee restroom. Handwashing Cleanser, Availability. Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. PIC will provide hand soap and paper towels for all hand sinks.

Inspector Notes: Observed front hand sink with only hot water and no cold water provided. Water temperature was 131 degrees fahrenheit. A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. Pf. OIC will have hand sink repaired.

PIC will cover food items.
