On 6/5/22 at 0224 hours, I, Ofc. Jump, was dispatched to [200 BLOCK] Iverness Av. in reference to a domestic. Once on scene, I made contact with the offender, Emily Bush.

Ms. Bush advised that she pulled up to the residence and observed [VICTIM #1] arguing with and trying to fight her sister, [WITNESS #1]. She advised that she approached and told Mr. [VICTIM #1] to stop.

She advised that he then turned around and grabbed her by the neck and began choking her until she passed out. Ms. Bush indicated several red marks on her neck and advised that this is where Mr. [VICTIM #1] grabbed her.

I then made contact with [WITNESS #2], a witness on scene. Ms. [WITNESS #2] advised that she and Ms. E. Bush were returning from a bar. She advised that when they arrived at [200 BLOCK] Iverness Av. Ms. Bush observed Mr. [VICTIM #1] sitting on the front porch talking with Ms. [WITNESS #1].

Ms. [WITNESS #2] advised that Ms. E. Bush jumped out of the car, ran over to Mr. [VICTIM #1], and began striking him in the face with her fists. She advised that Mr. [VICTIM #1] was holding her child, [REDACTED]. She advised that she took the child from Mr. [VICTIM #1] as Ms. Bush was continually striking him with her fists and she did not want [REDACTED] to be injured.

She advised that Mr. [VICTIM #1] then wrapped his arms around Ms. E. Bush to prevent her from striking him further. She advised that Ms. E. Bush continued swinging and that Mr. [VICTIM #1] grabbed her by the neck and pushed her off of him.

She advised that he then ran back to his vehicle and drove away from the residence. Ms. [WITNESS #2] advised that she did not wish to press charges on Ms. E. Bush as her child was not injured and Ms. Bush was “just drunk.”

I then made contact with another witness, [WITNESS #1]. Ms. [WITNESS #1] advised that she was sitting in front of [200 BLOCK] Iverness Av. with Mr. [VICTIM #1] and [REDACTED]. She advised that her sister, Emily Bush pulled up in a vehicle with Ms. [WITNESS #2]. She advised that Emily exited the vehicle and began swinging at Mr. [VICTIM #1] and striking him with her fists.

She advised that Ms. [WITNESS #2] grabbed [REDACTED] and took her away while she tried to pull Emily away from Mr. [VICTIM #1]. She advised that Emily continued striking Mr. [VICTIM #1] and that Mr. [VICTIM #1] then grabbed Emily and shoved her away from him toward the wall at the front of the residence. She advised that he then got in his vehicle and drove away from the residence.

I made contact with a third witness, [WITNESS #3]. He advised that when he arrived on scene, there was a physical altercation occurring between Emily and Mr. [VICTIM #1]. He advised that he saw Mr. [VICTIM #1] grab Emily by the neck and push her away from him.

He advised that Mr. [VICTIM #1] then walked back to his vehicle and grabbed an item from the tool box which he at first to believed to be a gun, but upon closer inspection realized was some sort of spray tool with a similar shape to a gun. He advised that Mr. [VICTIM #1] then drove away from the residence.

I then made contact with Mr. [VICTIM #1] at [100 BLOCK] Holly St. He advised that he arrived at [200 BLOCK] Iverness Av. to see Ms. [WITNESS #2]. He advised that when he arrived and knocked on the door, [WITNESS #1] was there alone with [REDACTED]. He advised that [REDACTED] began crying so he picked her up and he and [WITNESS #1] began waiting on the front porch for Ms. [WITNESS #2] and Emily to return.

He advised that when Ms. [WITNESS #2] and Emily arrived, Emily ran up to him and began hitting him in the face. He advised that he did not want [REDACTED] to be injured so he handed her to Ms. [WITNESS #2]. He advised that due to Emily continuing to strike him, he wrapped his arms around her to stop her from striking him.

He advised that when he did so, Emily bit him on the chest. He advised that when she did this, he grabbed her by the neck to push her away from him and stop her from continuing to bite his chest. He advised that after he did this, multiple people on scene were walking up to him and he believed that he was about to be attacked.

He advised that he backed away to his vehicle and grabbed a tool from his tool box to keep everyone back. He advised that he then got in the vehicle and drove back to [100 BLOCK] Holly St.

I observed injuries to Mr. [VICTIM #1]’s face which were consistent with being struck with a fist or hand I also observed scratches and redness on his neck as well as a bite mark on his chest.

Photos were taken of Mr. [VICTIM #1]’s and Ms. E. Bush’s injuries and will be attached to this report. Mr. [VICTIM #1] was given a case number and advised how to obtain a copy of this report.

Ms. E. Bush was placed into custody for battery and was transported to the Warner Robins Police Department for processing.

I will be seeking a warrant on Ms. E. Bush for battery.
