On 4/3/2022 at 1356 hours I, Ofc. Baker, was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] South End Ave. in reference to a domestic.
On scene, I spoke with [VICTIM #1]. Mr. [VICTIM #1] advised that he got into an argument with his ex-wife, Temeka Johnson, about money for their daughters birthday.
Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated Ms. Johnson got started yelling at him about how he wasn’t going to go then and started pulling his shirt, causing it to rip at the left shoulder. While Ms. Johnson was pulling on Mr. [VICTIM #1] shirt she scratched him. Ms. Johnson let go after a while and left the residence.
While talking to Mr. [VICTIM #1], I noticed the blue shirt he was wearing was ripped at the left shoulder and around the collar, Mr. [VICTIM #1] also had a scratch on his left wrist.
I took photos of Mr. [VICTIM #1] shirt and the scratch on his wrist, I will attach them to the case. I will be seeking warrants on Ms. Johnson for simple battery family violence and criminal trespass damage to property family violence.
I gave Mr. [VICTIM #1] a copy of the case number and how to obtain a copy of this report.
