On Wednesday, November 2, 2022, I received an email from DFACS investigator [REDACTED] and [REDACTED], DFACS supervisor. The email advised while Investigator [REDACTED] was investigating a physical abuse of [REDACTED BY AGENCY], age 15, it was learned that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had possible been molested by an adult male, Terry Moore. The email states [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was not in danger and the mother, [WITNESS #1], confirmed the incident occurred and the mother has taken appropriate steps to keep the suspect away from the victim.
Currently a forensic interview is trying to be schedule around [WITNESS #1] work schedule. It appears [WITNESS #1] is a single mom with very little income and needs to actively work to support her children. Therefore, when a forensic interviewed can be scheduled and is conducted, I will complete a supplemental report.
