In a joint operation with agents of the Criminal Investigative Division of Ft. Benning (CID), I, Investigator Jonathan Williams assisted Agents David Timm, Dustin Hinze, Sean Valentine, Skylar Maricle, and Katelyn McCarty with a drug investigation at [4600 BLOCK] Lamore Street Apt. [REDACTED].

Agent Valentine and I, Investigator Jonathan Williams, were acting in an undercover capacity when we arrived at [4500 BLOCK] Lamore Street Apt. [REDACTED] to meet Jeremy Streeter aka “Streeta” to conduct a controlled purchase of an ounce of methamphetamine using recorded CID Funds.

Prior to the operation, Agent Valentine contacted STREETER via text [REDACTED BY AGENCY] asking location and cost of the ounce to buy. STREETER replied changing the location of the transaction several times but finally confirmed that he had no car and gave the address of [4600 BLOCK] Lamore Street Apt. [REDACTED] and stated it would be $450.00. Valentine confirmed and stated we would be on the way to the provided address.

At approximately 1405 hours, Valentine and I arrived at [4600 BLOCK] Lamore Street and were met by Streeter wearing a tan t-shirt, green and red shorts, and white tennis shoes. Streeter came from behind apartment [REDACTED] and approached our vehicle. Streeter opened the back passenger door and sat inside the vehicle. Valentine then asked Streeter if he had the “ICE” on him.

Streeter replied he didn’t want to conduct business around his children and asked if we could take him near the Publix on Macon Rd. and a supplier would bring him the methamphetamine there. I then drove to the new designated location and advised the surrounding Investigators and Agents of the unexpected change. We arrived at the Shell Gas Station located at 3021 Macon Rd. Streeter advised the supplier was about to pull in.

A Hispanic male subject was observed operating a white in color Toyota Sanora with tan rag top bearing Georgia tag [REDACTED]. Streeter exited the vehicle and asked for the money to give to the supplier for the ounce of methamphetamine. Valentine gave the recorded funds to Streeter who then went to the front passenger side of the Toyota and sat in the vehicle.

After a couple minutes, the Hispanic male slowly pulled out of the parking lot traveling west on Macon Rd. then making an immediate right into the neighborhood. Streeter texted Valentine saying the supplier is going to take him around the corner to serve him and he’d walked back to the-store. After about 5 minutes, Streeter texts Valentine claiming to be getting robbed and that the guy in white car jacked him for the money and put him out near Lake Bottom Park.

The surveillance team rode the surrounding area looking for the vehicle but did not locate it. The vehicle was later spotted back near Streeter’s residence. It would appear that the driver just dropped Streeter back off at the apartments. The vehicle was spotted traveling back down Forrest Rd. at a high rate of speed then made a left onto Morris Rd. travelling south still at a high rate of speed.

A traffic stop was conducted by surveillance officers in a trailer park who then confronted the driver. The Hispanic male subject later identified as ANTHUR HUNTER [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was detained, advised of his rights, and then questioned about his dealing in this drug transaction. Hunter was found to be in possession of $120.00 worth of the recorded funds of the controlled purchase.

At first Hunter gave the false statement that he recently cashed a paycheck. After Investigators informed Hunter of observing him with Streeter during the controlled purchase, Hunter quickly obliged to assist us further recovering the remaining unaccounted for currency and confirmed the address of Streeter.

Investigators escorted Hunter to [4600 BLOCK] LAMORE STREET and Hunter then advised us that Streeter lives in apartment #[REDACTED]. Investigators on scene conducted a knock at talk and apartment #[REDACTED] and were met at the door by a minor child of Streeter who stated he was in the house hiding. A warrant for the sell of methamphetamine from an earlier date during this investigation was executed at [4600 BLOCK] Lamore Street Apartment [REDACTED].

Streeter was found hiding in a closet within the bedroom. Street was taken into custody and advised his rights. Investigator K. CuIverson asked Streeter where the remaining currency from the drug transaction was located. Streeter made claims to have to not left the house all day due to his children being with him.

After Investigators informed Streeter they observed him with Hunter during the controlled purchase, Streeter too obliged to assist us further recovering the remaining unaccounted for currency. Streeter stated he had the money hidden in his anal area. Gloved investigator M. O’Keefe recovered $330.00 of the recorded funds from Streeter’s person.

Both Hunter and Streeter were transported to the county jail to be processed and housed until their preliminary hearing scheduled for 6-29-22 at 0900 hours. While at jail, Streeter was found to be in possession of 6.3 grams of suspected Marijuana.

I took possession of the suspected marijuana. The suspected Marijuana and other items of interest were photographed, properly marked, and packaged to be stored in Property and Evidence.

EVIDENCE TOTALS:

• 6.3 grams of suspected Marijuana (street value of $63.00) was located on Streeter’s person upon entry to the jail.
