In this episode of Behind the Headlines- Holiday Homicides, we cover the 2018 case of the Crocker children outside of Effingham County Georgia. Mary and EJ Crocker’s father, Elwyn, worked as the local Santa Claus during the holidays, and was seemingly a caring parent who liked to make children happy. However, when police arrived at the family home to conduct a wellness check, the police soon realized that Elwyn’s jolly personality was a facade. Behind closed doors, he and other adults in the house created a house of horrors, and what the Crocker children experienced is worse than you can imagine.
