On 06/16/2022 at 1230 hours, Deputy Ruedas responded to 1350 Dawnville Road (The Cloud House 3) in reference to a disturbance in progress.

Upon arrival, contact was made with [VICTIM #1], employee at the business. [VICTIM #1] at the time of contact was standing at the front entrance to the business and appeared distraught and was visibly crying.

Upon interviewing [VICTIM #1], she stated she had recently ended her relationship with Alex Blake Delgadillo, whom was the father of one of her children, by moving out of their home and blocking his ability to communicate with her via cell phone and social media platforms.

At around 1215 hours, [VICTIM #1] stated Delgadillo entered the business and after she confronted him, said he became verbally disruptive which resulted in her asking Delgadillo to speak outside with her.

After returning back inside of the business, [VICTIM #1] stated Delgadillo again became raising his voice and removed two vape smoking devices from the counter which she was previously using and left the business through the front door.

After being outside for only a moment, she stated Delgadillo returned inside and threw both vape smoking devices in her direction. After doing this [VICTIM #1] stated Delgadillo snatched her phone from her hand and fled the area in a white Chevrolet Avalanche.

Deputy Ruedas upon reviewing surveillance footage from the business confirmed the events previously described by [VICTIM #1]. However, due to the angle the male in the video cannot be identified by surveillance footage from inside the business.

At 1446 hours, Deputy Ruedas made contact with [VICTIM #1]’s Mother, [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] at the time of phone contact advised she had been visited by Alex Delgadillo’s mother at [5500 BLOCK] Red Clay Rd. [WITNESS #1] stated Mrs. [REDACTED] at the time of contact provided her with [VICTIM #1]’s phone and stated “I found Alex” then stated how Alex wanted to apologize for what he did.

As a result of this investigation, Deputy Ruedas responded to the Magistrate Judge’s Office and requested/obtained warrants for the Family Violence Simple Assault, Theft by Taking x 2, and Stalking against Delgadillo.

At this time, the offenders whereabouts are unknown due to the victim advising his current residence is location on Underwood Road, but explained his new address is nowhere on file at this time.
