On March 13, 2022, Lt. Boling and Deputy Sullivan responded to 2218 Cleveland Hwy in reference to a motor vehicle accident.

Upon arrival, Deputy Sullivan spoke with Ryder Farmer, driver of Vehicle 1, who stated he was driving north on Cleveland Hwy when a truck pulling a utility trailer pulled into his lane of travel causing him to swerve and strike the curb with the passenger side front and rear tire.

Ryder could not provide a tag number of the vehicle at the time of the report nor did he have other information about the at fault vehicle. While gathering information for the accident report, it was determined that Ryder had an active warrant for his arrest. His vehicle was removed from the scene by carpenter’s wrecker service due to having two flat tires.

Ryder was placed under arrest and transported to the jail without incident where he was served with Warrant W21-1293 by Deputy Sullivan.
