On 11-07-2025, I was met at the Sheriff’s Office by [WITNESS #1] and another female. Due to a language barrier, Assistant Chief Liborio Saavedra translated that there was a possible child molestation.

During the initial interview, it was reported that [WITNESS #1] and Chulve had been living in the same house with her two daughters and their two sons. [WITNESS #1] reported that during this time, Chulve had been caught attempting to film one of the girls wearing shorts while they were sitting near him. Chulve was reported to have been attempting to record a video in the upper thigh area and possibly higher up. [WITNESS #1] found out about this and removed Chulve from the residence. [WITNESS #1] reported that since Chulve was removed from the residence, her daughters have been telling her of him touching them and offering $50.00 for one of them to be with him.

Assistant Chief and Lieutenant Detective Williams continued the interview with [WITNESS #1] to gather more information and details of the incident.
