On 01/31/2026. Several units and I were dispatched to the area of Greene Street in reference to several males fighting.

Upon arrival, I observed two males later identified as Alan Perez and Meraz Bemabe being held apart from each other. I observed Alan and Maraz to be very intoxicated and Belligerent. Alan and Maraz stated they were beefing over some old drama about a girl. I placed Alan into handcuffs while Officer Skaggs placed Meraz into handcuffs.

I read Alan Miranda Warning to which he agreed to speak without an attorney present. Alan stated Meraz and him were not fighting and only had each other by the shirt arguing. I observed Alan to have dirty pants and scratches on his chest area.

I read Meraz Miranda Warning to which he agreed to speak without an attorney present. Meraz stated Alan and him were beefing over some old high school drama about a girl. Meraz stated Alan and him were not fighting, they had each other by the shirt arguing.

I placed Alan in the rear seat of my patrol car where he was transported to the Baldwin County Jail and turned over to Jail Staff. Alan was written two citations. One for Public Drunkenness and one for Disorderly Conduct.

Officer Skaggs placed Meraz in the rear seat of his patrol car where he transported Meraz to the Baldwin County Jail and turned him over to Jail Staff. Meraz was written two citations. One for Public Drunkenness and one for Disorderly Conduct.
