I was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Ellis Mill Road Lot [REDACTED] in reference to Andrea Hieber causing a disturbance.

Andrea’s neighbor, [WITNESS #1], stated that Andrea came by his residence using an assortment of expletives in front of his two juvenile children, [JUVENILE #1] and [JUVENILE #2], earlier in the day. [WITNESS #1] stated he requested Andrea to remain away from his property and children after the incident occurred.

Additional complaints were made by off duty employees of the Sheriff’s Office. These complaints included similar accounts presented by [WITNESS #1], with corroboration of Andrea’s overall abrasive language and confrontational demeanor when interacting with others.

I made contact with Andrea at her residence. Andrea was placed under arrest without incident. Andrea was transported to the jail and turned over to jail personnel. A warrant for disorderly conduct was sworn against Andrea.
