On 10/23/2022 at approximately 0249 hours, I was dispatched to The Velvet Elvis located at 113 West Hancock Street in reference to damage to property.

Upon arrival I made contact with Velvet Elvis owner [VICTIM #1] who stated the glass window located at the front of his business had been broken. [VICTIM #1] stated the glass window has an approximate value of 400.00 dollars.

I then made contact with Velvet Elvis employees [WITNESS #1] and [WITNESS #2] who stated, Brannon Tanner entered The Velvet Elvis attempting to utilize the restroom. Both [WITNESS #1] and [WITNESS #2] stated when Tanner was informed the business was closed for the night and he was unable to use the restroom, he became belligerent, exited the establishment and punched out the front entrance glass window.

Units arrived on scene, made contact with Tanner and placed him under arrest. Tanner was charged with criminal trespass damage to property and public drunkenness and then transported to The Baldwin County Law Enforcement Center located at 119 Old Monticello Road. Pictures were then taken of the damage to the window.
