I was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Sweet Gum Drive in reference to a verbal altercation between [VICTIM #1] and Bridgette Brooks.

Upon arrival, I made contact with Bridgette Brooks in the garage of the residence. Bridgette stated that her husband, [VICTIM #1], was acting funny and she believed that he was under the influence of illegal narcotics. While speaking with Bridgette, I observed her to be heavily intoxicated.

[VICTIM #1] left the residence prior to the arrival of law enforcement, but returned shortly after. [VICTIM #1] stated he had been out with friends for supper, and when he returned, Bridgette was upset. [VICTIM #1] stated that Bridgette approached him in the driveway when he returned, and swung a leather belt and buckle at him. [VICTIM #1] stated he left at that time to avoid a physical altercation. [VICTIM #1] also stated that Bridgette had several people at the residence, which she refused to make leave.

[VICTIM #1] agreed to separate for the evening to avoid any additional incidents. While I was speaking with Bridgette, she repeatedly stated she was going to shoot and kill [VICTIM #1] if he returned to the residence. The numerous threats against [VICTIM #1] were recorded on my axon body camera.

Bridgette Brooks was arrested for terroristic threats. Bridgette was transported to the jail without incident, and turned over to jail personnel with a completed arrest/booking sheet.

A warrant was sworn against Bridgette Brooks for terroristic threats and acts.
