On 09/27/2025 at approximately 2:20am officers in the Downtown Milledgeville area observed a male identified as Bryce Hunter Mears acting in a belligerent and boisterous manner attempting to fight another male on the sidewalk in front of Ned Kellys, 119 South Wayne Street.
The other male was calm and simply walked away while Bryce continued to act extremely belligerent after being told by Major Boyer #2 on multiple occasions to stop acting the way he was. I arrived on scene and saw Bryce being held back by multiple other individuals with no one in front of him and Bryce would not stop acting the way he was.
I placed Bryce under arrest and cited him with Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct. Bryce was taken to the Baldwin County Jail without incident.
