On 05/02/2026 at approximately 1025 hours, I was dispatched to [1000 BLOCK] Riverbend Road, in reference to a domestic dispute.

Upon arrival I made contact with a white male, later identified as Christofer Harrison. Harrison stated himself and [VICTIM #1], were in a argument about him going to pick up milk from the store for the couple’s two children. Harrison stated himself and [VICTIM #1] had a “shoving match” in the bathroom and denied punching her or making contact with [VICTIM #1]’ face.

[VICTIM #1] stated Harrison was attempting to take her vehicle to the store, and she denied letting him use it and he became irate. [VICTIM #1] stated Harrison cornered her in the shower and was poking her face, causing a cut under her right eye. [VICTIM #1] stated both children were asleep in the bedroom next door.

Through the investigation, [VICTIM #1] was attempting to take a shower, and Harrison entered the bathroom and the incident occurred. Harrison was identified as the primary aggressor.

Harrison was placed into double-locking handcuffs, per departmental policy and transported to Baldwin Law Enforcement Center, 119 Old Monticello Highway.

[VICTIM #1] was issued a victim’s bill of rights. [VICTIM #1] was cleared by Emergency Medical Services while on scene.

A state warrant for 16-5-23 Simple Battery Family Violence Act will be sworn for Harrison.
