On 08/13/2026 I responded to the Sheriff’s Office lobby in reference to a possible sexual assault with a minor.

Upon my arrival to the lobby, I made contact with the complainants, [WITNESS #1] [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and her mother [REDACTED] [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated, on 08/12/2026 around 1600 hours, she was walking through the residence and noticed [REDACTED BY AGENCY], Cody Parker, in [REDACTED BY AGENCY] room. As [WITNESS #1] approached the doorway, she stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] looked uncomfortable while Cody was standing next to her. Due to Cody having anger issues, [WITNESS #1] asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to go to the living room and did not mention the incident to Cody.

On 08/13/2026, around 0700 hours, after Cody left for work, [WITNESS #1] spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] about the prior afternoon and if something had happened between her and Cody. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told [WITNESS #1] Cody sometimes puts his private parts against her private parts and some times uses his fingers inside her private parts. [WITNESS #1] stated she allowed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to go to school so she could speak with her mother [REDACTED] about the situation and contact law enforcement.

I contacted the DFACS and the case was turned over to the Investigation Division. A forensic interview was scheduled at the Crescent House for 1500 hours on 08/13/2026.
