I made contact with [WITNESS #1] via phone in reference to her ex husband, David Hammock, making unauthorized charges on his father’s, [VICTIM #1], bank card.

[WITNESS #1] stated she was given power of attorney in October over her ex father in laws finances, and noticed David had spent $6000 since August of this year. [WITNESS #1] stated David has permission to use the card for groceries but noticed charges at liquor stores and other places. [WITNESS #1] also stated David forged [VICTIM #1]’s signature on a check for $390.

[WITNESS #1] provided a copy of the check and bank statements. These documents were given to records to be added to the report.
