On 10/14/2025 at 1832 hours, I was dispatched to [1400 BLOCK] South Jefferson Street Apartment [REDACTED] in reference to a domestic call.

Upon my arrival, I made contact with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated her child’s father, Dominic West, showed up at her residence to see their 15 year old daughter. [VICTIM #1] stated after their daughter left the residence, she and Dominic began speaking about child support obligations. [VICTIM #1] stated Dominic got upset and began spitting on her. [VICTIM #1] stated Dominic grabbed her by her hair and pulled her down to the floor in the kitchen. [VICTIM #1] stated she kept attempting to push him off of her. [VICTIM #1] stated Dominic stopped for a brief second and walked away. [VICTIM #1] stated Dominic then walked back and started grabbing her again. [VICTIM #1] stated Dominic grabbed her with both hands around her neck and began choking her. [VICTIM #1] also stated that while Dominic was choking her she began having trouble breathing. While speaking with [VICTIM #1], I observed a small laceration to the right jaw.

[VICTIM #1] stated Dominic left the residence and went towards Scott Hill Street. [VICTIM #1] stated Dominic was wearing a white t-shirt, blue baggy pants, and black shoes. Other Deputies searched the surrounding area but had negative contact with Dominic. [VICTIM #1] stated she believed Dominic lives on Marion Street but did not know the specific address. [VICTIM #1] stated if she finds out the address she would call the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office and update me.

I secured a warrant on Dominic West for Aggravated Assault Family Violence.
