On May 23, 2026, I responded to [100 BLOCK] Youngblood Road in reference to a verbal altercation between two individuals.

Upon my arrival, I made contact with Hakeem Lester who was outside the residence yelling at [VICTIM #1], his grandfather, who was inside the residence. I instructed Lester to wait outside while I spoke to [VICTIM #1] inside the residence. [VICTIM #1] was upset that Lester was being disrespectful in his house and wanted him removed. I explained the eviction process to [VICTIM #1].

I went back outside to speak to Lester, who was verbally aggressive towards other family members on scene. While speaking to Lester, he stated he wanted to go back into the residence to gather some belongings. Due to Lester being irate, cussing and very upset towards [VICTIM #1], I advised him I would gather his items in order for Lester to leave with other family members. Lester continued to snatch away from his family members who attempted to place Lester in the vehicle to separate Lester and [VICTIM #1].

After several attempts made by the family members, I instructed Lester to get into the vehicle or he would go to jail. Lester snatched away again. Due to his behavior, I attempted to place Lester in handcuffs. I gave multiple commands for Lester to place his hands behind his back, but Lester refused. Lt. Condon was able to drive stun Lester in order to gain control and properly secure him in handcuffs.

Lester was transported to the jail without incident and turned over to jail staff with a completed booking/arrest sheet and warrentless arrest form.

Two warrants were be secured for Lester.
