On 01/01/2026 at 12:47am while on routine patrol near [100 BLOCK] South Wayne Street, I saw two males fighting.
I specifically observed Kyle Alan Keese punching Jake Mason Marcuzzi in the face and Jake pushing Kyle back and trying to punch Kyle back. Both males were separated and stopped fighting and gave me their driver’s licenses. Kyle stated he and Jake got kicked out of a bar and that Jake was grabbing a girl inappropriately in the bar, which is why Kyle had a problem with Jake. I could smell the odor of alcohol coming from the breath of both Kyle and Jake. I then confirmed their ID and with Kyle and Jake that they were under 21-years-old.
I then arrested and cited both Kyle and Jake with Disorderly Conduct and Minor in Possession of Alcohol. Both were transported to the Baldwin County Jail without incident.
