vAt approximately 0132 hours, Lieutenant White advised over the radio shots fired in the area of [2600 BLOCK] Irwinton Road. A few seconds later, I heard Lieutenant White and Sergeant Arp conduct a traffic stop on a black Honda Accord that was attempting to leave the scene. When I arrived in the area, I observed Lieutenant White and Sergeant Arp out with a vehicle holding the occupants at gun point. I assisted them in holding the occupants at gunpoint as each one was individually requested out of the vehicle and placed in handcuffs. The four individuals were identified as Jamar Bolston, Travion Williams, Mario Finney, and Demarion Baker.
After all occupants had been removed from the vehicle, Deputy Turnipseed and I conducted a thorough hand search of the interior of the vehicle. A Glock 23 .40 caliber handgun was located on the floorboard of the passenger side rear seat compartment. A Glock 19 9mm handgun was located on the floorboard of the front seat passenger compartment. A Glock 22 .40 caliber handgun was located under the drivers seat. Also located inside the vehicle were three (3) large canisters of Nitrous Oxide Gas (N2O).
MPD officers assisted in securing the scene where the shots were fired and located numerous spent shell casings in the grass. The scene was secured with yellow crime scene tape and a perimeter was set where shell casings were located. Seven (7) shell casings were located and marked with a yellow evidence placard.
I will secure Arrest Warrants for Bolston, Williams, Finney, and Baker charging them each with two counts of Aggravated Assault, and one count each of: Possession of a firearm during the commission or attempt to commit a crime, Theft of Mislaid/lost property, Theft by receiving stolen property, and Possession of a machine gun.
Travion Williams and Demarion Baker, both being under the age of 18, will be charged with one count each of Possession of a handgun by persons under 18. They were all transported to Baldwin County Jail and turned over to Jail staff with a completed booking/arrest sheet.
