I was dispatched to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a possible sexual assault.
I first made contact with the complainant, [WITNESS #1] [REDACTED BY AGENCY], who stated she had just learned her daughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (15YOA), had engaged in sexual activity approximately two years ago with Jordan Hughes. [WITNESS #1] named Jordan based on the comments made to her by [REDACTED BY AGENCY], stating that she was aware of his current incarceration with the Georgia Department of Corrections for similar offenses. [WITNESS #1] stated she believed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] due to the nature of the allegations and due to her family being close friends with Jordan’s family. After receiving this information, I requested [WITNESS #1] leave the room so I could speak with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to obtain an unimpeded statement from her.
With [WITNESS #1] gone, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was willing to speak freely and she stated she was involved in sexual activity with Jordan at his house. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] could not provide an address; however, the last known address for Jordan is [300 BLOCK] Colony Farm Road, Milledgeville, Georgia. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she and Jordan went to a side room in the house they were at, where she consented to having sexual intercourse with him. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she was approximately 12 years old at the time with Jordan possibly being 17 years old. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Jordan had also made some advances towards her when she was approximately seven years old, but could not elaborate on the nature of the events.
After speaking with [REDACTED BY AGENCY], [WITNESS #1] informed me she ([REDACTED BY AGENCY]) had made threats to harm herself. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] confirmed this and was subsequently transported by EMS personnel to Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin for a mental evaluation.
Prior to leaving the location, I informed [WITNESS #1] the case would be turned over to detectives for further review.
