I was dispatched to 3061 North Columbia Street in reference to an intoxicated person in the parking lot causing a disturbance.

Prior to my arrival, dispatch advised me that the intoxicated female pushed a male down and took his vape. Dispatch also advised me that the female was now sitting on the back steps of Lakeside Liquor drinking an alcoholic beverage.

Upon arrival, I observed a white female wearing a black shirt and black pants sitting on the back steps of Lakeside Liquor. The female was surrounded by open cans of an alcoholic beverage known as Twisted Tea. Deputy Sides made contact with the complainant while I spoke with the female. I asked the female for her name and date of birth. The female stated her name was Lisa Hingson and provided the date of birth of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] 1967, which was later found out to be false. I later found out the female was Kimberly Harrington with a date of birth of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] 1966. It was revealed that Kimberly Harrington had arrest warrants in Athens-Clarke County.

While I was speaking with Kimberly, she was yelling and cursing. Kimberly would not answer any questions without getting distracted and yelling at the complainant, [REDACTED]. I placed Kimberly under arrest and placed her in the rear seat of my patrol car.

During the transport to the jail, Kimberly made a threat she would kill me and burn my house down. Kimberly was turned over to jail staff with a completed booking sheet and warrantless arrest sheet.

I secured warrants on Kimberly Harrington for Terroristic Threats – Felony, Giving False Name and Date of Birth, Disorderly Conduct, and Public Drunkenness.
