On 10/08/2025 at approximately 2157 hours, I was dispatched to Sky Mart, 943 North Columbia Street, where I contacted the complainant, [VICTIM #1], in reference to a domestic.

[VICTIM #1] stated she and her friend, [WITNESS #1], were driving home from Cookout, 1893 North Columbia Street. [VICTIM #1] stated as she was driving, she observed her silver in color Chevrolet Tahoe, Tag #[REDACTED], parked at Sky Mart. [VICTIM #1] advised the vehicle was recently involved in a vehicle collision and she was told by her Insurance Company to not move the vehicle. [VICTIM #1] stated she went to Sky Mart to confront her boyfriend. Larry “aka Trey” Wood, for moving the vehicle.

[VICTIM #1] stated she and Wood proceeded to speak on the vehicle and their conversation turned argumentative. [VICTIM #1] advised Wood then proceeded to get in her face while they were arguing and while they went back and forth, Wood proceeded to headbutt her. [VICTIM #1] stated she proceeded to start yelling at Wood and advised him she was calling the police. [VICTIM #1] advised Wood proceeded to get into the Tahoe and leave the location.

[VICTIM #1] stated [WITNESS #1] witnessed the entire thing. I contacted [WITNESS #1] who confirmed [VICTIM #1]’s story and confirmed Wood did headbutt [VICTIM #1]. Camera footage was recovered from Sky Mart where I was able to observe both [VICTIM #1] and Wood arguing. In the camera footage I was able to observe Wood get into [VICTIM #1]’s face and proceed to headbutt [VICTIM #1] in her head.

A warrant for O.C.G.A. 16-5-23 Simple Battery was secured for Wood’s arrest. Wood would later be placed under arrest by the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office.
