Warning: The following story contains information regarding alleged domestic violence.
BALDWIN COUNTY, Ga. – Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 55-year-old Milledgeville woman, Priscilla Brown Hill, on December 19, 2024, a day after she reportedly stabbed her boyfriend with a screwdriver several times and chased him, trying to set him on fire. Hill was charged with aggravated assault – family violence and probation violation.
The victim explained that Hill had returned home angry after drinking alcohol at a friend’s house and tried to stab him with a screwdriver, making contact multiple times, causing “puncture wounds” on his body. He said she then poured rubbing alcohol on her vehicle in the front yard and chased him with the alcohol, attempting to pour it on him and set him ablaze.
She dropped the bottle and fled the scene upon hearing the sirens. Two witnesses who had pulled into the driveway during the attack corroborated the victim’s account.
This case is currently pending in court.

On 12/18/2024 at 2139 hours, I was dispatched to [300 BLOCK] Harrisburg Road Lot [REDACTED], in reference to a domestic. Prior to my arrival, dispatch advised me that Priscilla Hill was chasing [VICTIM #1] trying to stab him with a knife, and set him on fire.
Upon arrival, I made contact with [VICTIM #1], [WITNESS #1], and [WITNESS #2] in the driveway of [300 BLOCK] Harrisburg Road Lot [REDACTED]. [VICTIM #1] stated Priscilla Hill was at a friend’s house drinking alcohol beverages. [VICTIM #1] stated Priscilla returned to their shared residence and was angry about something, but would not elaborate. [VICTIM #1] stated Priscilla began to attempt to stab him with a screwdriver multiple times, but was only able to make contact a couple of times. [VICTIM #1] stated Priscilla stopped attacking him with the screwdriver and poured 91% rubbing alcohol over her vehicle in the front yard. [VICTIM #1] stated after Priscilla poured the rubbing alcohol on the vehicle, she began chasing him trying to pour the rubbing alcohol on him, to set him on fire. [VICTIM #1] stated none of the rubbing alcohol made contact with him or his clothes. I did observe multiple puncture wounds on [VICTIM #1]’s body. I photographed the injuries and uploaded them via Axon Capture. [VICTIM #1] stated Priscilla dropped the alcohol and left when she heard the sirens from my patrol vehicle.
I spoke with [WITNESS #1] and [WITNESS #2], who stated they pulled into the driveway and saw Priscilla chasing [VICTIM #1] with the rubbing alcohol in an attempt to catch [VICTIM #1] on fire.
I advised [VICTIM #1] I would be taking a warrant out for Priscilla and for him to contact the Sheriff’s Office if she returned to the residence. [VICTIM #1] stated he would call the Sheriff’s Office if Priscilla returns. I will secure a warrant for Aggravated Assault Family Violence on Priscilla Hill.
