[NARRATIVE #1 on January 24, 2026]
On 01/24/206 at 1:25am I observed a male push and attempt to fight a bouncer at Ned Kelly’s, 119 South Wayne Street.
As I was approaching the male, he continued pushing the bouncer attempting to start a fight. I placed the male, Riley Cayden Banks, under arrest without incident for Disorderly Conduct. Banks was obviously intoxicated, and I could smell the odor of alcoholic beverages coming from his breath as he spoke to me. Other officers spoke to the bouncer, identified as [VICTIM #1].
A search incident to arrest revealed Banks’ Georgia driver’s license (GA OLN: [REDACTED]) which showed he was 20 years old, and an orange CVS pill bottle with the label peeled off. Inside of the pill bottle were 5 blue pills labeled “GG258” suspected to be Alprazolam/Xanax, and 2 whole white pills and 1/2 white pill all labeled “M367” suspected of containing Hydrocodone. The pill bottle was secured in a paper evidence bag. The rest of Banks’ belongings were secured in my patrol car.
Banks was transported to the Baldwin County Jail without incident. At the jail, I asked Banks what the pills were, and Banks said he had Xanax. Banks said he had a prescription for the medicine and stated that the label on the bottle had just peeled off on its own.
Banks was charged with three felonies: O.C.G.A. § 16-13-75 Drugs to be kept in Original Container, O.C.G.A. § 16-13-30 Possession of a Schedule IV Substance (Alprazolam/Xanax), and O.C.G.A. § 16-13-30 Possession of a Schedule II Substance (Hydrocodone). Banks was also charged with two misdemeanors, O.C.G.A § 3-3-23 Minor in Possession of Alcohol and O.C.G.A § 16-11-39 Disorderly Conduct
The pill bottle with the pills was secured in evidence locker #3 along with a GBI evidence submission form.

[NARRATIVE #2 on January 24, 2026]
On 01/24/2026 at approximately 0125 hours, I was in the area of Ned Kellys, 119 South Wayne Street, where I observed an incident occur.
I observed a male, Riley Banks, get removed from the front gated entrance by bouncers two times. Banks was visibly upset and was initially only standing there arguing with them for multiple minutes. Eventually I observed Banks shove a bouncer, later identified as [VICTIM #1].
I assisted Officer Dalton Skaggs in placing Banks under arrest. While conducting a search incident to arrest I found an orange CVS pill bottle with the label peeled off, containing multiple kinds of pills inside. The bottle was turned over to Ofc. Skaggs after Banks was secured in his vehicle.
