On 03/21/2026 at approximately 1219 hours, I was dispatched to [700 BLOCK] West Montgomery Street in reference to a 911 hang up.

I arrived on scene to an extremely irate White male, who approached my patrol car aggressively. I ordered the White male away from my patrol car and began trying to investigate the situation. At this time a White female exited the residence, and a verbal argument broke out between the two. The White male then stated, “you better call back up because sh*t’s about to get livid over here” and entered the residence. I asked the female if they had any weapons in the house and she replied, no. The White female was then observed enter the residence behind the White male. The White male then exited the residence with empty hands, and was placed into double — locking handcuffs, per departmental policy, to be detained.

The White female was identified as [VICTIM #1]; she relayed to me that the White man ran up to her, bumping chest to chest with her and stated, “what are you going to do about it b*tch”. [VICTIM #1] stated her two children were in the residence when this occurred. [VICTIM #1] stated the White male also threatened to bust her vehicles windshield out and had attempted to leave in her vehicle. [VICTIM #1] stated that the male possibly was on some drug, making him act this way.

[REDACTED] stated when the White male was yelling and threatening her mother, [VICTIM #1], she was placed into fear. Due to her being only six years old, I did not question her additionally.

The White male was then identified as Ryne Pruitt; he stated that he was upset and had called us to assist him in removing his things from the residence. Pruitt was irate and would not stop yelling and kicking around while in the patrol car for interview questions.

Pruitt was placed under arrest and transported to Baldwin Law Enforcement Center, 119 Old Monticello Road, without incident. Warrants for O.C.G.A- 16-5-70 – Cruelty to Children in the Second and 16-11-39 — Disorderly Conduct were secured against Pruitt. A stay away order was also requested prior to his release and [VICTIM #1] shall be notified upon his release.
