On July 6, 2026, I was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Riverside Annex Drive in reference to Shanice Mullins being chased around the residence with a knife by her sister [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

I contacted the mother of S. Mullins, [VICTIM #1], who stated she came to the location because her daughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], calling her and was concerned for the safety of her nephew. [VICTIM #1] stated when she entered the residence, S. Mullins’ door was shut so she opened it and went inside to check on her grandson. [VICTIM #1] stated this made S. Mullins very upset when she came into her room.

While speaking with [VICTIM #1], S. Mullins became hostile and she began yelling and threatening her mother stating, “I’ll kill you” toward [VICTIM #1].

I reviewed the initial incident from camera footage taken with [VICTIM #1]’ phone. When I was talking to [VICTIM #1] in the front yard, S. Mullins came out of the house and began yelling and screaming at [VICTIM #1]. I then separated both [VICTIM #1] and S. Mullins multiple times as S. Mullins advanced towards [VICTIM #1].

I then contacted [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who stated she was cutting up a watermelon when S. Mullins snatched the knife from her hand, causing some markings on her arms. [REDACTED] advised when S. Mullins took the knife from her, the knife rubbed against her arm though she did not believe it was on purpose.

I then contacted [WITNESS #1] who stated she observed the altercation between S. Mullins and [VICTIM #1] but it was only verbal.

During the incident, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] experienced a medical emergency and Emergency Medical Services were contacted.

There was no evidence about [REDACTED BY AGENCY] chasing S. Mullins with a knife, other than S. Mullins allegations towards [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

The son of S. Mullins is currently being taken care of by his grandmother [VICTIM #1].

Due to the statement made by S. Mullins toward [VICTIM #1], the camera footage reviewed on scene, and the actions observed on my arrival, S. Mullins was placed into double locking handcuffs per departmental policy and placed under arrest for O.C.G.A. 16-11-37(A) Terroristic Threats and O.C.G.A. 16-11-39 Disorderly Conduct. S. Mullins was then transported to the Baldwin County Law Enforcement Center without further incident.
