On 11/12/2022 at approximately 1400 hours, I responded to Walmart, 2592 N Columbia St regarding a fight in electronics.
Upon arrival I made contact with Shannon Boyer and husband [WITNESS #1]. Shannon was yelling and cussing as I entered the location, acting irate.
Shannon stated she and her husband were walking through Walmart when and unknown male called her name. Shannon stated at that point she was unsure who the male and female subject were and wanted to know how they knew her name. Shannon and the male and female subjects engaged in a verbal altercation. Per video surveillance, and Asset Protection Manager, Shannon attempted to continue following the subjects and acting irate. The male and female subject identified as [WITNESS #2] and [WITNESS #3].
[WITNESS #2] and [WITNESS #3] stated they knew [WITNESS #1] and were attempting to say hi to him when Shannon started acting irate and yelling at them, [WITNESS #2] and [WITNESS #3] stated they did not know Shannon.
Walmart Assets Protection Manager advised Shannon continued to follow [WITNESS #2] and [WITNESS #3] yelling at them. Shannon was cited for Disorderly Conduct. Shannon was handcuffed, double locked, searched and placed in the rear seat of my patrol vehicle where she was transported the most direct route to Baldwin County L.E.C. The rear of my patrol vehicle was checked before and after transport.
[WITNESS #1] and Shannon Boyer were given the Notice of Prohibited Entry Form.
Both parties were Criminally Trespassed from the location.
