[NARRATIVE #1 on September 10, 2025]
I was dispatched to Navicent Atrium Baldwin in reference to an assault.
I made contact with the complainant, Christiane Hunt. Hunt stated she went to [200 BLOCK] Harrisburg Road with her friend, [WITNESS #1], to fight Shymerica Lewis. Hunt and Lewis started fighting with their hands and while fighting, Lewis pepper sprayed Hunt’s face and arm. Hunt stated after being a pepper sprayed, someone came up from behind her and “haymakered” her in the face. Hunt stated that after being punched she was able to identify the subject as Jacquez Goddard. Hunt stated after the fight she and [WITNESS #1] went to a friend’s house before going to the hospital.
I observed a laceration on the right side of Hunt’s nose and swelling under her right eye. I did not observe or smell any odor of pepper spray on Hunt.
I made contact with [WITNESS #1] in reference to the incident. [WITNESS #1] corroborated Hunt’s statement.
I made contact with Navicent Atrium Baldwin staff. The staff stated Hunt’s nose was broken and her orbital bone was fractured.
Hunt provided a video of the fight between her and Lewis, but not of her getting pepper sprayed and hit from behind. I observed Hunt and Lewis engage in mutual combat with a group of people around them.
Warrants were sworn against Christiane Hunt and Shymerica Lewis for affray, and Jacquez Goddard for aggravated battery.
[End of Narrative]
