On 06/15/2024, I was dispatched to [200 BLOCK] Gordon Highway in reference to a domestic.

Upon arrival, I made contact with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated she sent Solomon London III a message stating she didn’t want to be with him anymore, and she would put his stuff out on the porch. [VICTIM #1] stated Solomon III got there and began loading his stuff up. [VICTIM #1] stated Solomon III came into the residence and tried to take some stuff that belonged to her. [VICTIM #1] stated Solomon took a box of screws and walked out. [VICTIM #1] stated she locked the door. [VICTIM #1] stated Solomon III kicked the door in, which broke the door frame.

[VICTIM #1] stated Solomon III went to his truck and grabbed a knife. [VICTIM #1] stated she was blocking the door keeping him from gaining entrance and he threw her onto the porch, which caused her reading glasses to break. [VICTIM #1] stated Solomon III began throwing things and cutting holes into the vinyl flooring. [VICTIM #1] stated Solomon III stood up and slapped her in the face. [VICTIM #1] stated Solomon III walked out the house and grabbed a paint bucket and threw it into the residence. [VICTIM #1] stated Solomon III went outside and stabbed the trunk on her vehicle and cut the back passenger side fender with the knife. [VICTIM #1] stated Solomon III never tried to hurt her with the knife.

I made contact with [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] stated Solomon III arrived at the residence and began getting his stuff off the porch. [WITNESS #1] stated she saw Solomon come in and attempt to take something that belonged to [VICTIM #1]. [WITNESS #1] stated Solomon III walked out of the house with a box of screws. [WITNESS #1] stated [VICTIM #1] locked the door when Solomon III walked out. [WITNESS #1] stated Solomon III kicked in the door and she ran out the back door. [WITNESS #1] stated she didn’t observe anything else after she ran out the back door.

I made Contact with [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] stated he was not at the residence when the incident occurred. [REDACTED] stated he believed [SOLOMON III] did what [VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #1] said because he had observed [SOLOMON III] do it to several other females, but they were too scared to contact the police, due to being scared of what he might do to them.

I made contact with Solomon III at [1800 BLOCK] Vinson Highway Lot [REDACTED]. When I approached Solomon III he took off running away from me, but stopped shortly after. Miranda Warning was read to Soloman III. Solomon III stated that he would speak with me without an attorney present. Solomon III stated [VICTIM #1] had been talking with a guy that is incarcerated over an app, so he wasn’t seeing her anymore. Solomon III stated he arrived at [200 BLOCK] Gordon Highway and began gathering his stuff of the porch. Solomon III stated he went inside and got a box of screws. Solomon stated that when he walked out of the house [VICTIM #1] locked the door. Solomon III stated he kicked in the door and went inside and began rolling up a piece of the vinyl on the floor.

Solomon III stated he was bent over rolling up the piece of the vinyl flooring, when [VICTIM #1] began hitting him on back of the head. Solomon III stated he told [VICTIM #1] not to touch him. Solomon stated he was rolling up the second piece of vinyl flooring and [VICTIM #1] began hitting him again. Solomon III stated he got up and slapped her. Solomon III stated he walked out of the residence and threw a paint bucket back inside the residence. I asked Solomon III if he did any damage to [VICTIM #1]’s vehicle with a knife and he replied no.

[WITNESS #1] provided me a picture of a slap mark on [VICTIM #1]’s face that she took prior to us arriving. Sgt Robinson confirmed the picture was taken just prior of us getting there. The red mark on [VICTIM #1]’s face faded away when we arrived. I provided [VICTIM #1] with a domestic violence pamphlet.

I did not observe any marks on Solomon III.

I observed a dent on the trunk of the vehicle that appeared to have been from a knife. I observed a slice that cut through the paint into the metal on the fender that appeared to have been done with a knife.

I secured four state warrants on Solomon London III for Simple Battery FVA, Disorderly Conduct , and Criminal Damage to Property in the 2nd Degree.
