On 09/10/2025 at approximately 2235 hours, I was dispatched to [400 BLOCK] Earnest Byner Street, where I made contact with Tiffany Bolston in reference to a 9-1-1 hang-up.

Bolston called 9-1-1 two times this date, both times no information was given. I arrived on scene and Bolston was extremely intoxicated, and an odor of an alcoholic beverage was emitting from her breath. Bolston stated she wanted to go to jail. When asked, Bolston stated there was no emergency, she simply wanted to go to jail.

I checked with Milledgeville Police Department Dispatch, who advised Bolston had called 9-1-1 3 times in the last 30 days without there ever being an emergency. I later discovered Bolston had called 16 times since 01/01/2025, with there never being an emergency.

Bolston was placed under arrest and placed into double locking handcuffs and buckled into the rear of my patrol vehicle per Milledgeville Police Department Policy. She was charged with misuse of a 9-1-1 call.

Bolston was wearing a t-shirt and nothing else. Officers escorted Bolston into her bedroom to get pants, as well as her purse and cell phone. Bolston all but refused to put them on, so officers assisted her in getting clothed. Officers then used her keys to lock her door, and I transported them to the jail with her.

Bolston was released to the Baldwin County Law Enforcement Center without incident.
