On 09/10/2026 I responded to [400 BLOCK] Ernest Byner St. with other officers in reference to Tiffany Bolston repeatedly calling 911 to report issues that she has with [REDACTED]. It was noted that the previous night shift arrested Bolston for disorderly conduct (mpd 202600038444) earlier this date. Bolston has called 911 4-5 times since midnight claiming that [REDACTED] has broken into her home, is in violation of a stay away order, and is generally harassing her. Bolston was and appeared to be in an intoxicated state as she was stumbling, droopy eyes, and very slurred speech.
It was confirmed that there was only a trespass notice for [400 BLOCK] Ernest Byner and not a stay away order. There was also no evidence of [REDACTED] being in or having access to Bolston apartment. Based on her demeanor, there being no evidence of any crime, and her calling 911 multiple times, Bolston Was arrested and secured in handcuffs per departmental policy and transported to the Baldwin LEC on a state warrant for misuse of 911.
