On 1/25/2026 at approximately 0634 hours, I was dispatched to [200 BLOCK] Youngblood Circle in reference to a domestic dispute.
When I arrived at the residence the front door was open and I could hear a male, who was later identified as Tremayne Webb, yelling inside the residence from the front yard. Webb was intoxicated at the time of the incident and was remotely composed once Officer John Childress and I attempted to deescalate the situation by separating all parties involved.
[VICTIM #1] stated her son, T. Webb, had arrived at her residence at approximately 0600 hours. [VICTIM #1] stated she let T. Webb into the residence, and he was screaming and cursing when entering the residence. [VICTIM #1] stated when she confronted T. Webb about his screaming and cursing, he began screaming and cursing at her and trying to get into her face. [VICTIM #1] stated she had to go to work and did not want T. Webb to be left at the residence without her present because she was afraid T. Webb was going to harm one of his siblings.
[WITNESS #1] stated T. Webb had threatened to harm their mother, [VICTIM #1], by threatening to hit her and he was going to attempt to stop him if he had to.
[WITNESS #2], T. Webb’s grandmother, stated T. Webb woke her up because he was arguing with [VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #2] stated T. Webb constantly causes issues inside the residence.
T. Webb stated he was called names and got upset, leading him to scream and curse at everyone. T. Webb denied the allegations [WITNESS #1] made about him threatening [VICTIM #1]. T. Webb stated he waited until 0600 hours to come home because he didn’t want to wake his mother up at 0400 hours.
Due to [VICTIM #1] being afraid T. Webb would bring her or one of her other children harm, T. Webb was placed into double locking handcuffs behind his back and transported to Baldwin County Law Enforcement Center, 119 Old Monticello Road, without further incident. Webb was issued a citation for city ordinance 62-5 Disorderly conduct.
