[NARRATIVE #1 on February 24, 2023]

On Friday February 24, 2023 at 1239 hours, I was dispatched to the Oconee Center Mental Health at 1239 Orchard Hill Road in reference to terroristic threats. Upon arrival, I contacted Zabriel Antwon Stafford in the parking lot.

While speaking to Stafford, he was very confrontational and acted irate towards staff. Stafford stated he did curse at them and threatened the staff due to them not giving him his money.

Sergeant William Brooks then went and spoke with [VICTIM #1] who was the person Stafford made the threats towards and [WITNESS #1] who witnessed Stafford make the threats.

Stafford was then placed in double locking handcuffs and transported to the Baldwin County Law Enforcement Center without incident.

A misdemeanor warrant for Terroristic Threats has been secured for Stafford.

[NARRATIVE #2 on February 24, 2023]

On 02/24/2023 at approximately 1240 hours, I responded to the Oconee Center at 1239 Orchard Hill Road in reference to threats.

Upon arrival, I located Officer Reyes speaking with the alleged suspect, Zabriel Stafford, in the parking lot. Stafford appeared extremely irate and continuously hurled insults at nearby staff members. I then spoke with two staff members who identified themselves as [VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #1].

[VICTIM #1] stated he was alerted by other staff members Stafford came into their administration building cursing at staff members about his money. [VICTIM #1] said Stafford then came to the main building again yelling about money issues and allegedly stating he would shoot staff members if he had a gun. [VICTIM #1] stated when he pulled up to the main building to resolve the situation, Stafford approached his vehicle in the parking lot stating, “I’ll fu*k you up.” This was witnessed by [WITNESS #1] who was standing nearby and corroborated [VICTIM #1]’s account of events.

Stafford was then placed under arrest and turned over to Officer Reyes.
