I, D/S Hayden Frey, arrived on scene and met with the complainant, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she had recently filed a report of rape against her ex-boyfriend, David Gonzalez, to Baldwin PD. She stated that she also wanted to make a report of a previous incident that took place in Banks County in August of 2023.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she was in David’s car with him in the driveway of her mother’s residence at [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. She stated that she consented to sexual intercourse with David at this time. She stated that they then began to have sex in his vehicle. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that as they continued to have sex, she began to tell David that it hurt, and that she was uncomfortable with continuing. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she told David that she did not want to continue and to stop.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that David did not stop. She stated that she told David multiple times after this to stop. She stated that David then grabbed her by her hips and continued having sex with her until he finished. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that at this time, she only told one of her friends about the incident via text message. She stated that when she later spoke with David about the incident, he was very apologetic and told her that it would never happen again. She stated that after this, she did not report it to law enforcement or pursue any other action.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that after the more recent incident she reported to Baldwin PD, she wanted to report the prior incident as well.
