On February 13, 2026, Deputy metes responded to Banks County Sheriffs office in reference to a walk-in report,

Deputy Motes met with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] along with [REDACTED BY AGENCY], as well as [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated between approximately 2016 to 2021 when [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was approximately 12 to 16 years old, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Felipe, molested [REDACTED BY AGENCY] on numerous occasions. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated the initial molestations occurred when [REDACTED BY AGENCY] lived with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] family at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] but also continued when Felipe [REDACTED BY AGENCY] lived at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in Homer.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] decided to leave Felipe last night due to him raping [REDACTED BY AGENCY] at their address in Gainesville, Ga in October of 2025 and came to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] house. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated while talking to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] about Felipe, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] disclosed the molestations to [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. The two then told [REDACTED BY AGENCY] the molestations as well.

The investigation was turned over to Investigator Alford.
