On June, 1, 2026 at approximately 21:09 hours, I, Deputy Franks with Banks County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Waterford Ridge in reference to a physical domestic. With further investigation, an arrest was made.

Once out of the bathroom, both were still arguing at each other. Landon then smacked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in the front of the face, causing [REDACTED BY AGENCY] nose to bleed. Then Landon punched the back of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] head, all while there was 5 juveniles across the hallway. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] then began to call 911 for help. Landon was escorted back to the residence and placed in the rear passenger seat of CPL Craymer’s patrol vehicle. Deputy Franks read Miranda Warning to Landon and he agreed to speak.
Landon stated that approximately a week ago, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had invited him over to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] house after he was previously evicted. Then today, they got into a verbal argument. Landon continued to state that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] threatened to call the cops on him and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] began hitting [REDACTED BY AGENCY] head on the wall to the right of the entrance of the bathroom.
