On 01/22/2026 I, Officer Whitaker, responded to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Crooked Pine Trl in reference to an harrasment/threats call.

I made contact with the complainat about the suspect. While I was speaking with the suspect, Ofc. Epperson witnessed the suspect wreck his vehicle. We conducted an DUI investgation and the suspect admitted to consuming more than one alcholic beverage before operating a motor vehicle. We searched the vehicle and located resude of a controlled substance and a firearm. The suspect was arrested for numerous charges and transported to the Banks County Jail for processing.
